PCTI Shooting % Breakdown

Typically when I make my mind up I'm going to dig deep into PCTI stats, I always find something interesting worth discussing.  One instinct I had recently was a belief that the shooting has actually gotten better over the course of the last seven years and to no surprise of anyone, I was wrong.
