Training Update


Just wanted to reiterate my commitment to PCTI by announcing that I am on a no-carb diet till March.  In an effort to get rid of my 6-pack for 12-pack abs, I have eliminated all carbs except for Cocoa Pebbles (gluten-free) and Pizza (Digornio’s stuffed crust and Papa John’s Ultimate Pepperoni). 

I have in turn lost 12 lbs, my body fat dropped fro 13.5% to 8.7% and my vertical is back. 

I can’t thank Wes Murray enough for providing me motivation to get out of this “rut.”
