Scottsdale...sunshine state, gorgeous!

This is definitely not going to be an extravagant post on why PCTI should be in Scottsdale, because its not that hard to understand:

1) There's more solid breakfast joints than we'll know what to do with (DK)

2) There's plenty of Chik-Fil-A (Wes)

3) It's by far and away the cougar capital of the world (Abe)

4) There's plenty of amazing gyms to rent out, not worried about that.

5) There's 340 days of sunshine a year.

6) In April it won't be too hot at all and for anyone who thinks it will be, that's why there's such a thing as air conditioning.
