INTERVIEW WEAKNESSES

Because it is a little too early to ruffle any feathers (and you all know I’m a man of the people), I am doing a “job interview weakness” piece. For those of you who don’t know what I mean by “job interview weakness” (Pitto), this is where the interviewee asks you what some of you weaknesses. Instead of being honest and saying, “I ignore work until the last minute and write up articles for PCTI while on the clock and take 20 minutes minimum when I poop.”, you will usually say something like, “Sometimes I work too much and let it control my life until I get the job done right.” So I hope everyone works on their weaknesses.

Team Vision Board:
·                     BC – He has been known to care about the game too much and getting frustrated when things go against him and his teammates.
·                     Benji – Has been known to get down when he is not helping his team on offense like he thinks he should.
·                     Bruiser – Sometimes is too physical and has gotten offensive fouls from it.
·                     Donley – Will pick up cheap fouls hitting the offensive boards too hard.
·                     Joe – He wants to help his team out so much that he sometimes plays when he is tired and on occasion has hurt his team with this.
·                     Sabin – He expects his teammates to play at the same high intensity level that he does.
·                     Spotlight, QP – Occasionally is concerned for his teammates minutes and will volunteer to come out to give someone else minutes.
·                     Wes – He will sometimes box out too much and undercut his opponent.

Team #LAMBOGRIND:
·                     Abe, QP – Tries to carry his team too much at times.
·                     The Cap’n, QP – Tries to get his teammates involved instead of just taking over.
·                     DK – Over communicates on defense.
·                     Hops, QP –  Sometimes just not a good player.
·                     Pitto – Lets the refs get in his head instead of just letting it go.
·                     Run BMC – Runs too much when his teammates are not able to.
·                     Skillz – Assumes his teammates are as smart on the court as he is.
·                     Smo – Not aggressive enough at times.

  2. I refuse to believe that Wes has any weaknesses.

  3. Sabe, I appreciate the falsity of that statement cuz I struggle to believe I have any strengths.
